Nutritionist, Chef & Fitness Trainer
My name is Zita Dixon. I am a nutritionist, chef, and fitness trainer. I am a mama of 2 busy little boys. I grew up in my parents’ restaurants, so food has always been in my blood. I became a chef and travelled the world cooking on super yachts and villas. Along the way I discovered a passion for nutrition and fitness. I always wanted to know how to really nourish my guests, so started developing my knowledge for nutrition. When my youngest boy was 2 I started studying nutrition. I am passionate about helping people create a better version of themselves with beautiful nourishing food. The human body can help to heal itself given the correct fuel and I love helping my clients to find their own healthy path.
